About The Role
We're looking for Registered Nurses to join our committed Emergency Department team in Horsham, providing nursing care tailored to each patient's assessment and healthcare requirements. This position involves a rotating 24/7 roster. The ideal candidate will have postgraduate qualifications in a related discipline, possess a current ALS certificate or be willing to obtain one.
We are actively seeking candidates for this role and will review applications as they come in.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Current Division 1 registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
* Clinical skills and experience relevant to emergency nursing
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in the use of information technology
* Ability to be self-directed, motivated, and manage time effectively
* Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or willingness to obtain it
Desirable
* Postgraduate or certificate qualifications in a related discipline

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9), ranging from $41.36 to $52.20 per hour.
