About The Position
The Clinical Practice Lead provides clinical support to multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health services through the HASI program. This role ensures efficient, safe, high-quality service aligned with best practice guidelines. Working closely with the Service Manager, HASI, and external stakeholders, this role develops recovery-focused and evidence-based psychosocial services that achieve positive outcomes for consumers.
This is a full-time opportunity, to 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension.
We Are Looking For Someone With
* Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, occupational therapist, or accreditation with AASW as a mental health social worker
* Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience in mental health service delivery
* Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning, and referrals
* Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting
