Job Title: Office and Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to manage office administration, internal systems, and document control.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee general office operations including supplies, mail handling, scheduling, and facility coordination.
* Support the Accounts/Admin team and Executive Assistant to maintain an efficient and compliant office environment.
* Coordinate internal and external events such as workshops, social functions, and corporate meetings.
* Minute-taking for operational management meetings and project team meetings as required.
* Provide onboarding and offboarding support for employees under the direction of the HR team.
* Maintain and support internal systems including SharePoint, Procore, and databases.
* Manage system access, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal/external IT providers for updates and enhancements.
* Drive compliance and continuous improvement in systems, workflows, and commercial processes.
* Support staff development opportunities and ensure team members have access to training and resources.

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
