Bookkeeper Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to partner with our diverse client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage accounts receivable and payable
2. Process payroll, including superannuation, payroll tax, and WorkCover
3. Prepare Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets using Xero and MYOB
4. Perform debt collection and reconciliation tasks
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and demonstrate confident written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
* Established experience in Bookkeeping
* Strong understanding of Awards and minimum wages classifications
* Experience with add-ons/apps to streamline data entry procedures
