Your new role
You will work as an Internal Sales Representative based in Alice Springs. Your role will be to support customers at the counter and over the phone. You will be processing orders, pricing requests, and technical enquiries.
Your key duties include:Serve customers and deliver prompt service.Follow-up sales enquiries to support revenue targets.Liaise with senior sales staff on non-standard pricing or volumes.Maintain showroom presentation and stock availability.Keep the work area clean, safe, and organised.Communicate clearly with team members on daily activity.Attend product training and industry events.Represent the business in a professional manner at all times.What you'll need to succeedExperience in internal sales or customer service within a trade environment.
