Position: Full time Receptionist
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-5pm

Responsibilities:
* Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients, schedule appointments and handle registrations efficiently.
* Communication: Address patient inquiries courteously and promptly, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure smooth clinic operations and maintain accurate patient records.
* Billing Support: Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
Requirements:
* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective patient and colleague interactions.
* Organisational Skills: Demonstrate multi-tasking and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in Radiology setting/medical reception or customer service is preferred but not required.
