In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering business solutions by collaborating directly with customers and the sales teams. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction and driving business results.
* Work closely with sales organizations to articulate our unique value proposition and leverage success stories to meet customer needs
* Gather, document, and understand customer-specific scope requirements and expectations for value-based outcomes in coordination with client executives
* Collaborate with other solutions principals, delivery leads, and subject matter experts to develop solution proposals that satisfy customer-specific scope requirements and value-based outcomes
* Provide support to sales teams during customer scope and legal negotiations of statements of work
Essential Requirements:
* 8+ years of related experience at a senior-level consultative skillset providing counsel across sales/presales and delivery with expert understanding of IT product and services portfolio
* Understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and solutions (GenAI, hyper-converged infrastructure, public or private clouds, etc.)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to tailor offerings to meet unique aspects of a given customer scenario
* Strong and persuasive sales-oriented personality to partner with and influence Dell Technologies sales and delivery teams
