We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in Property Development & Construction on a high-performing and existing desk.

* Passion for the Property, Development & Construction Industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
* A background in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
This role requires a strong business developer who can nurture current clients, as well as create opportunities. This is a growth role and requires somebody with the passion and drive to become a future leader.
