Job Title

This role entails overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, encompassing inbox/calendar management, document control, data entry, and filing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven with strong follow-through.


About the Position

* Systems Ambassador: Map and document standard operating procedures, enhance processes, and drive adoption of software (task management, CRM, documents, forms, automations).
* Coordinate across teams, suppliers, and clients; track progress and deadlines working closely with the Director.
* Prepare reports, templates, and checklists; maintain accurate records.
* Support onboarding/offboarding and compliance administration.


Requirements

* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven with strong follow-through.
* Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (intermediate level), with experience using CRM systems and creating standard operating procedures.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, operations, or process improvement roles.
* Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
