The Opportunity
We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager (Assistant / Entry Level) to join our team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into commercial property — a highly sought-after sector of real estate — without needing prior commercial experience .
You will work closely with a Senior Property Manager, learning the fundamentals of managing office, retail and industrial assets, with a clear pathway to managing your own portfolio over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including office, retail, or industrial assets
* Liaise with tenants, contractors & stakeholders
* Coordinate maintenance and compliance requirements
* Support lease administration (documentation, renewals, variations)
* Assist with rent reviews, budgets and reporting
* Maintain accurate records and systems
* Deliver professional and responsive customer service
