About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our dynamic Audit team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role, providing strategic guidance and oversight to a growing team while working with a broad range of public and private sector clients across multiple industries.
* As a Senior Manager in our Audit practice, you will build strong partnerships with a diverse portfolio of organisations, driving quality and value across all engagements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Audit team to deliver on complex and high-profile assignments, ensuring successful completion and execution of all engagements.
* Play a key role in service line management and actively contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Audit practice.
* Identify audit and engagement risks, determine the most appropriate audit approach for each assignment, and communicate strategic recommendations to the Audit Directors.
* Oversee and review working papers, audit queries, correspondence, and reports prepared by the team, ensuring compliance with audit plans, procedures, and the highest quality standards.
* Lead and participate in technical consultations, providing subject matter expertise and guidance on complex audit matters.
About you
* Relevant tertiary qualification.
* At least 4 years of senior external audit experience within a professional services firm.
* CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, leadership, and multitasking skills.
* Proven track record in leading, supporting, and managing high-performing audit teams.
