With a multidisciplinary approach spanning both building and development advisory, they support clients through every stage of a project and are known for attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to excellence.
Your new role As a Leading Hand, you will work across a variety of industrial and commercial projects, supporting Site Managers and Supervisors in the effective day‑to‑day building and operation of the site.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being across all aspects of a build and can assist with coordinating tasks to tradesmen.
What you'll need to succeed
* Construction White Card
* Experience in the construction industry, ideally within industrial projects
* Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and construction processes
* Background in Carpentry highly regarded
* Updated resume with recent employment reference in a related industry
