Customer Service and Sales Support
This role is responsible for providing frontline customer service, handling sales inquiries, processing small sales transactions and supporting the sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be working in a diverse role that requires strong customer engagement, organisational skills & administrative efficiency to ensure smooth operation of sales & support functions.
The key areas of responsibility include:
* Handling foot traffic at the branch, ensuring customers receive prompt & professional assistance
* Answering incoming sales calls
* Qualifying customer enquiries & handing over leads to Solutions Specialists
* Managing smaller transactional quotes & sales orders
* Providing customer support via phone & in-person interactions
Administrative & Data Management
Data entry & maintenance of customer & sales records are essential tasks in this role. You will also be responsible for managing open orders, ensuring timely fulfilment & follow-ups as required.

Inventory & Display Management
You will oversee product display, ensuring it is well-organised & visually appealing. Maintaining limited availability stock for immediate customer purchases and assisting with loading & unloading stock as required are also part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in customer service, sales support or administrative roles. Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service & interpersonal skills, including phone enquiries, and be able to qualify leads & escalate enquiries appropriately.
