You will partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy, lead talent initiatives, and manage employee relations, playing a key role in shaping a high-performance workforce. This position is with a leading Australian business with operations across Australia and New Zealand, offering the opportunity to influence culture, people strategy, and strategic outcomes.
Your role
* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
* Lead HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, engagement, workforce planning, and change projects.
* Provide expert guidance on complex HR and employee relations matters.
* Analyse HR metrics to recommend solutions.
* Support talent management, including recruitment, promotions, and transfers.
* Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives.
* Mentor and support HR team members, building capability and confidence.
About You
* HR Business Partner experience in fast paced organisations
* Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance
* Experienced in complex employee relations and HRIS systems
