Our podiatry service plays a vital role in delivering person‑centred assessment, management and education for people living with foot pathologies across our catchment. Either role includes opportunities to work across Ambulatory Care, Inpatient, Outpatient, Residential Aged Care, and in some cases, Custodial Health settings. The Grade 1 role forms part of our Graduate Allied Health Program, supported by an Allied Health Clinical Educator and Podiatry Professional Lead. This structured and supportive environment helps early‑career podiatrists build confidence and capability. Key focus areas include: * Delivering high-quality, evidence-informed podiatry assessment and management. * Providing care across multiple settings including ambulatory care, inpatient, outpatient and aged care. * Supporting programs that promote foot health and build community capacity. * Encouraging self-management and improving health literacy around foot health. This position is ideal for a new graduate seeking variety, strong supervision, and meaningful community impact. The Grade 2 Podiatrist works as an integral part of the Ambulatory Care team, delivering high-quality, person‑centred podiatry care while also taking on broader clinical leadership responsibilities. Key focus areas include: * Providing evidence-informed assessment and management of a wide range of foot pathologies. * Supporting essential, timely rehabilitation and promoting self-management for clients. * Leading or contributing to foot health promotion initiatives and capacity building across the organisation. * Providing supervision, mentoring and support to Grade 1 clinicians, students and early‑career staff. * Delivering education and training to patients, carers and other healthcare professionals. * May include podiatry services within custodial health environments. This role suits someone with solid clinical experience, strong communication skills and an interest in mentoring and service development.
