Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver hands-on training and assessments for HME operators and maintainers
* Facilitate competency-based training aligned with site and national standards
* Conduct field-based coaching and mentoring
* Maintain accurate training records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
* Collaborate with site supervisors and training teams to identify skill gaps
Skills & Experience Required:
* Extensive experience operating and/or maintaining Heavy Mining Equipment (e.g., trucks, loaders, dozers, graders)
* Proven experience delivering training in a mining environment
* Trade qualification in a relevant field (e.g., diesel fitting, automotive, mechanical)
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
* Current National Police Clearance
* Manual Driver's Licence
* Full Australian working rights
