About the role
Honey Tree Support Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care professional to join our team in Raymond Terrace NSW 2324. This is a casual role, providing high-quality in-home support to our disabled clients. As a Personal Care worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
2. Providing light housekeeping duties, including, laundry, and light cleaning
3. Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
4. Monitoring clients' wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
5. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
What we're looking for
1. A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of our clients
2. Relevant qualifications in aged care, disability support, or a similar field would be an advantage
3. Experience in providing personal care and support to elderly or disabled individuals recommended but not essential
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. A reliable, punctual, and professional approach to your work
6. A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (desirable)
