As a senior escalation point within the team, the role provides expert advice, mentoring, and support to colleagues while ensuring system and process designs align with the broader enterprise applications portfolio. With strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach, you are adept at designing effective systems, mentoring colleagues, and delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.You will also demonstrate:* Qualifications equivalent to a postgraduate degree in IT, business, or a related field, or extensive relevant experience supported by professional development.* Significant experience in business analysis and requirements gathering across ERP platforms, including solution design and delivery.* Significant experience using Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications.* Solid skills in business process modelling, data and systems documentation, and IT solution design within large enterprise systems.* Proven experience applying agile development practices and working with software development lifecycle methodologies.* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and precise technical and user documentation.* Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions within established frameworks.The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including: right to work in Australia, criminal check, etc.You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply.
