National Director of Aged Care Services — Based Anywhere — Circa $400k base
Salary: Floor is at $300k, ceiling open ended for right candidate. Size: One of the largest national Aged Care Providers. Remote: You can be based anywhere but expected to travel.

Responsibilities
- Forge a new standard of care. Go beyond the metrics. Move past mere compliance to build a culture of genuine human connection, backed by rigorous clinical governance. Create a system where 5-star ratings are an inevitable byproduct of empathy and dignity.
- Master the commercial engine. Fund the mission by commanding the financials. Be fluent in the language of AN-ACC, translating clinical needs into a sustainable financial model that fuels world-class care.
- Build an army of leaders. Forge a culture where facility managers are connected, supported, and resilient. Create an environment where people are empowered to do the best work of their lives and position the organisation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications and profile
- Proven executive with experience shaping aged care strategy and operations at scale.
- Ability to balance compassionate caregiving with strong commercial acumen.
- Track record of building leadership, governance, and a culture of high performance.
- Willingness to travel as required; ability to operate remotely.
