About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated administration Support Officer to
join our Prosecutions Team. The primary responsibilities of this role include
assisting with Council Prosecutions with efficiency and sensitivity.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth
operation of the Prosecutions Team, adhering to regulations and Council
policies.

additionally administrative support will ensure the department functions
effectively. If you are detailed-orientated, customer focused and have an eye

What you'll deliver:

-
Assist
Council Prosecutor with prosecutions in Court

-
Assist
and maintain council prosecution database

-
Preparation
and review of court documents

-
Assist
with the recording and administration of court files.

Attend
to telephone and personal enquiries and provide sound and accurate advice to
solicitors and members of the public.

About You

-
Demonstrated
skills and experience commensurate with the requirements of the role.

-
Ability
to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders both written
and verbal

-
Proven
experience working in a high volume administrative role that requires effective
time management and attention to detail.

-
Excellent
MS office skills including experience in database management,

-
Willingness
to undergo preemployment background checks including National criminal history
check, working with children check

-
A
curious collaborative and inclusive community mindset.
