This pivotal role will serve as the key interface coordinator between internal and external stakeholders working closely with the Radio Systems Replacement (RSR) project team to identify, define and manage the RSR project's requirements for interfaces between packages of work and with other projects and operational systems.
This role suits a dynamic and strategic leader with a technical mindset looking to make a significant impact in a complex upgrade of mission-critical communication systems and supporting infrastructure for an operational railway.

Key Responsibilities Lead stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure effective collaboration across internal teams, government agencies, contractors, and community groups.
Support project managers in understanding stakeholder needs and integrating them into project planning and delivery.
Contribute to the strategic direction, planning, and cultural development of project teams to ensure high standards and timely delivery.
Assist in monitoring project performance, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality objectives.
Provide clear communication pathways between stakeholders and project teams, including support for public communications and stakeholder commitments.
About You To be successful in this role, you should possess: Relevant qualifications or extensive experience in planning and delivering transport infrastructure and services.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, particularly in complex, high-value projects.
