Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability of products. Efficiently process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all required documentation is correct and complete. Assist in organizing warehouse space to maximize efficiency and safety, helping to streamline operations. Work closely with the logistics team to schedule deliveries and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals. Manage product returns and proactively resolve stock discrepancies. Prepare and maintain key reports, such as stock counts, shipment schedules, and inventory status updates. What You Bring to the Table: Experience in warehouse administration or a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage various tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational and multitasking skills— you thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with ease. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software (WMS) is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
