Senior Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Compliance Specialist to take on key responsibilities within our Line 2 Compliance team.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Ensure operational compliance by reviewing and interpreting regulatory obligations.
o Identify, assess, advise on remediation for, and prevent recurrence of compliance incidents.
o Prepare and submit regulatory reports, returns, and attestations.
o Maintain and oversee breach registers and risk-related documentation.
o Conduct Privacy, TPRA and other regulatory risk assessments.
o Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and regulators.
o Promote a culture of compliance and integrity throughout the organisation.
Key Skills:
* Regulatory Obligations: Ensure knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
