Customer Service Leader Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a Customer Service Leader, you will oversee a team of customer support officers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth by leading your team to achieve set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for maintaining customer master data, overseeing credits and returns, suggesting methods to improve efficiency and service, creating an environment that motivates your team, completing weekly reporting, and leading the team to achieve set KPIs.
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in a customer service leadership role, effective communication and customer service skills, a high level of detail, time management and organization, proficiency in SAP or similar system, Microsoft office and CRM platforms, and the ability to understand individuals and adapt your mentoring styles.
Job knowledge includes a high level of expertise in customer service leadership, with a focus on customer satisfaction, business growth and team motivation.
