About the Role As a Garden Maintenance Team Member, your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a dedication to outdoor work. Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, hedging and watering Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment Benefits Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish Competitive hourly rate Uniform and PPE supplied Ongoing safety training programs and resources available Frequent free team social events Career progression pathways About You Previous experience in landscaping or gardening White Card Valid Drivers License Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
