The Role
TRANSEARCH International Australia has been exclusively retained to appoint a General Manager Operations for a private equity-backed Australian business, located in the Sunshine Coast Region, entering its next phase of growth.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role with accountability for a team of approximately 10 to 12 people across customer service, warranty, logistics, warehousing, and supporting functions.
A defining feature of the role is its strong People and Culture orientation. Approximately 40‑50% of the remit is focused on people leadership, capability uplift, engagement, and organisational discipline, with the balance providing operational oversight and governance.
Key responsibilities include:
