About the role
Cowaramup and Bunbury Tractor Sales and Service is seeking an experienced and ambitious Ag and Construction Sales Person to join our dynamic team in the South West of WA. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for driving sales of our leading agricultural and construction equipment to customers across the region.
What you'll be doing
* Actively prospect and generate new sales leads within the agricultural and construction industries
* Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to our valued clients
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers
* Negotiate sales contracts and close deals in a professional manner
* Collaborate with the broader sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and reporting on all sales activities
What we're looking for
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the ag or construction equipment industry
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience is required for this position
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
* Strong negotiation and closing skills to win new business
* Technical aptitude and product knowledge to effectively educate customers
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the local region
* Valid C Class (car licence) is required
