Seeking a Change Expert with expertise in organizational transformation and stakeholder engagement. Our goal is to drive successful change outcomes through effective planning, training, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop an actionable Transformation Plan that identifies key activities, sequencing of tasks, and stakeholder analysis.
* Conduct detailed impact assessments to inform change plans and support business readiness.
* Coordinate and schedule training programs, develop engaging training materials, and deliver high-quality training experiences.
* Implement feedback plans to monitor engagement, leadership, and adoption rates.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in technology change management and training.
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills to drive successful change outcomes.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities.
* Desirable – relevant qualifications such as PMP, APGM, Prosci, CCMP, or CPCM.
* Experience with ERP/Payroll project management.
