We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead site operations on a major mid-rise residential construction project within a large staged development. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a driven construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can coordinate multiple trades to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily site operations across all trades
* Coordinating structural and finishing works including formwork, concrete, steel, and subcontractors
* Driving construction programmes and sequencing works effectively
* Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
* Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
* Leading crews and fostering strong on-site communication
About You
You will ideally bring:
* Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman on residential or commercial projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
* Ability to lead subcontractors and motivate teams on active sites
* Excellent problem-solving skills and safety awareness
* Trade background preferred with relevant site tickets and certifications
