About the Role
Under the direction and guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office, to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort.
Your tasks will mostly involve:
* Providing high quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operations
* Prioritising workload including task allocation to ensure your team deliver memorable experiences
* Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
* Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
* Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations
About you
The successful candidate will have:
* Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for delivering excellent guest services
* Knowledge in NewBook is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication & problem solving skills
* Hold a valid visa with the right to work in Australia
* First Aid and basic CPR certification
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
