The Role
As a therapist at Connect2Care, you will join a multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services through various delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may come through NDIS, Medicare, or private clients. The role is mobile, with options to work from home or our hubs when not seeing clients. Responsibilities include:
* Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults with disabilities
* Working within NDIS to maximize clients' functioning, capacity, and social engagement
* Assisting with assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications
* Timely documentation and report writing
* Managing a varied caseload
* Meeting professional expectations, including billables and client management
* Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
* Working with leading software platforms and online tools
The NewGrad Program
Connect2Care offers a tailored New Graduate Program to support recent graduates transitioning into the workplace, spanning over 12 months from your first day. The program includes:

Requirements
To qualify, you should have or be able to obtain:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
* Discipline-specific registration (e.g., AHPRA/SPA)
* Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Police Check & International Police Check (if applicable)
* Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
* Car insurance
* Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
