This role will be instrumental in growing sales and market share across strategically important, national, retail customers in a sector that truly make a difference to quality of life. What background do you need for this role?
* Proven experience in key account management, national retail, or consumer health sales.
* Strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape — ideally in baby, health, or consumer care categories.
* Commercially savvy with experience managing pricing, promotional strategies, and profit margins.
* Skilled at building and executing account plans that deliver tangible results.
* Confident managing product launches, trade marketing, and retail-led engagement programs.

* A relationship builder who can engage, influence, and add value to major retail partners.
* Strategic and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
