Key responsibilities include preparing, formatting and collating reports, marketing materials, submissions and other documentation using InDesign. Additional tasks involve managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team, assisting with the coordination of marketing events and campaigns, updating internal databases, reconciling and actioning invoices and expenses, as well as managing team travel economically.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in a support and/or marketing role, with some basic property related knowledge. Strong MS Office skills are essential, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High attention to detail and accuracy are also crucial, along with professional communication skills.
