Overview The client-side Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering construction and fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
You will collaborate with Principal contractors, sub-contractors and specialist teams to ensure projects are met with quality, safety and budget expectations.
Responsibilities Driving project outcomes with business objectives.
Coordinate with the Design, Project Managements and Facilities Managements to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Manage Commercial construction and fit-out contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors.
Managing project budgets to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
About You A strong leader, organisational, and communication skills, with excellent organisational, communication skills, as well as a proven background in managing complex commercial construction or fit-out projects.
Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Commercial Manager or Project Director (Ideally client-side).
Demonstrated experience in the commercial construction sector across corporate offices, Data Centres, Hospitals or Telecoms centres.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
