About the Role

The objective of the Modern Applications practice is to become the trusted partner for our customers in advising and delivering modern application solutions. Alongside delivering solutions, the role would also involve supporting the sales team as the technical representative by attending and presenting at sales meetings, responding to tenders and RFPs. This is a hybrid role with flexible work from home options and reports to the Head of AI Business Solutions.

Main Duties

* Implementing (hands on development) and contributing to design Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE solutions following Microsoft's best practices.
* Participating in technical (code) reviews, technical documentation, and remediation plans throughout all aspects of the software development life cycle.
* Liaise closely with stakeholders and the wider project team in gathering requirements, agile ceremonies, user acceptance testing, and go‐live activities.
* Share/presenting to the wider Solutions team to share knowledge and experience in project implementations.
* Identify improvement opportunities as well as adopting new methods and best practices for CBS clients.
* Attend onsite visits to clients when required.

About You

We are looking for someone who has experience in delivering Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions using Agile methodologies. They would demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‐solving skills. Customer‐facing experience in consulting roles would be preferred. Certification in Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform and experience in PCF development and scripting languages is highly desirable. Key skills include:

* 4+ years' development experience with Power Platform / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and its development tools.
* 3+ years' development experience with Power Apps Portals/Power Pages and its development tools.
* 3+ years' development experience with Power Automate.
* Familiarity and experience with two or more Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project Service Automation/Project Operations, Field Services, etc.).
* Familiarity and experience with Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, XRM toolbox, Azure DevOps.
* Familiarity and experience with SSRS reports and Power BI integration with Power Platform.
