About This Role

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be instrumental in enabling travel dreams to come true by finding the best people to join our team. In this role, you will actively and creatively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates for current and future roles using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and social media.


Your Key Responsibilities

* You will follow established frameworks and drive continuous improvement in all sourcing, screening, and due diligence activities to help us find the best staff possible.
* Undertake recruitment activities using recruitment software to source best talent, effectively screen candidates, and support the Head of People & Culture in building an attractive EVP and company culture.
* Partner with stakeholders on all recruitment matters and regularly record and report activities.
* Provide administrative support for end-to-end recruitment activities including creating job adverts, posting jobs, screening, interview coordination and updating position descriptions.
* Ensure candidates are fully briefed on the role prior to interview and manage the offer and feedback process, ensuring the best candidate experience.
* Ensure effective, efficient, and timely administration in recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with our policies and employment legislation – producing letters of offer and employment agreements, entering staff details into the HRIS, background checks, certification vetting, and onboarding.
* Support the Head of People & Culture and the wider team to cultivate a strong EVP and workplace culture through special projects, onboarding and employer branding initiatives.


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with a passion for working alongside hiring managers and leading interviews to achieve the best outcome for the team and business. You should also have exemplary attention to detail, excellent systems and computer skills – Google Suite, Employment Hero, Workday and Scout Talent preferred.
