About HRHA
The Hume Rural Health Alliance (HRHA) aims to meet the growing digital needs of 16 member Health Services within the Hume region.
The initiatives managed by HRHA for the region pursue the ability to digitalise the regional healthcare environment, providing the best outcomes for patients by delivering patient centred information systems which drive efficiencies and information flow.
Alongside, the region will continue to build and improve the foundational technologies and support services required to deliver day to day operations of Health Services effectively and efficiently.

About the role
This is an exciting time to join the team, as we embark on rollout of digital health initiatives across the 16 Health Services.
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Information Officer and will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the business operations of HRHA, including finance, human resources, facilities, procurement, and asset management. The primary goal is to develop and implement strategies that ensure the effective and efficient operation of HRHA, while also ensuring compliance with applicable policies and legislations. You will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, ensuring financial stability and growth, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage procurement and investment in multi-million-dollar digital health platforms on behalf of the HRHA members.
You will be an integral part of the Leadership Team, liaising with CEOs, Executives, Department of Health, operational staff, vendors, support teams, business partners and IT leadership.
About You
4. Prior senior management experience leading business operations in a multiagency service provider organisation.
5. Experience in presenting to Executives, Boards and Senior leadership.
6. Strong customer service focus.
7. Prior experience in developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
8. A degree level qualification in administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
