An exceptional opportunity exists for a highly capable Executive Assistant to work directly alongside Company Director Quentin McEwing, an independent, high-performing real estate company that has been operating on the Mornington Peninsula for over 25 years. We operate primarily within the Frankston South, Mt Eliza and Mornington postcodes listing and selling residential homes between $2m and $15m.
The successful candidate will oversee all property marketing campaigns, protect the Director's time, anticipate challenges before they arise, and ensure every client experience reflects the high standards McEwing & Partners is known for. The role is demanding and is suited to someone who has already been in a similar environment.
The Role
Property Campaign Management (Primary Focus)
· End-to-end coordination of property marketing campaigns
· Managing pre and post listing preparation and compliance documentation
· Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and trades
· Coordinating photography, copywriting, styling and advertising
· Managing online uploads and campaign deadlines
· Setting up properties for market and open homes
· Assisting with final inspections and pre-settlement processes
· CRM management and database integrity - We operate Box and Dice
Executive Support
· Complex diary and schedule management
· Screening and prioritising communications
· Anticipating issues before they arise and resolving them
· Working autonomously when required
Essential Requirements
Certificate IV Property Services
Available to work a 5 day roster including Saturdays with flexible options for out of hours and occasional Sundays.
Have a proven high level of organisational skills
Professional presentation and confidence with clients
Have a full drivers license
Be able to multi task under pressure
Have computer literacy and social media skills
