Job Title: Wine Cellar Kitchen Assistant
Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in commercial kitchens and a valid driver's license? We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Hand to support day-to-day kitchen operations in our winery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef with food preparations, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Carry out additional tasks at the cellar door, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with a focus on food preparation and presentation.
* Valid driver's license and Police Check certificate.
