About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to drive regional sales growth and foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients across Australia.
Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding sales pipelines through consultation on timber construction, passive house, and safety products
- Organising client visits, product presentations, and training workshops
- Managing outstanding accounts and following up on leads and credit recovery
- Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
- Monitoring market trends and supporting long-term business strategy in the region
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous sales experience, ideally within the timber construction or building materials sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A technical background or knowledge of construction practices (advantageous)
- A valid driver's licence and ability to travel interstate and occasionally overseas
You will also demonstrate:
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for sustainable solutions and client success
