Role Description
This is a contract role as a Facility Manager as part of SPG Property Management located in Bay Central Woolooware Bay, NSW.
As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the shopping centre.
Your tasks will include contractor and works procurement, tenant relations, property maintenance and financial reporting for FY27 budgets.
