South East Leisure (SEL) is a facility and leisure management company based in the City of Greater Dandenong with a vision to enhance the health and wellbeing of our community by providing sustainable world class experiences. 
Currently, SEL manages and operates: 
Noble Park Aquatic Centre 
Looking ahead, SEL will also oversee the Dandenong Wellness Centre, set to open in 2027. 
About the role 
Swimming and Water Safety Teachers are responsible for ensuring the swim programs are carried out to the highest standard including Learn to Swim, Schools and Programs in a safe and fun environment. The role is customer facing and requires strong customer service and communication skills. 
Qualifications and Experience 
- Swimming & Water Safety Teacher Certificate 
- HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) 
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid 
- Current Working with Children Employee Check 
- Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL) 
- Swim Teacher extension courses (highly desirable)
