Our venues include Conti Bar, Beer Garden, Beach Rd Promenade, Atrium restaurant and bar, Barlow cocktail bar, award winning Audrey's restaurant, multiple function & events spaces, and an opulent pool deck.

The Continental Sorrento team, led by General Manager Luke Murphy, in collaboration with the KICKON Group, delivers world class food, beverage and customer service setting a new benchmark for excellence in the hospitality industry.

About The Roles

The Continental Sorrento's numerous venue spaces, bring an elevated and authentic dining experience to the Peninsula. We are looking for people who are genuinely invested in delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a manager you will ensure the venue operates at optimum efficiency whilst wowing our guests.

Candidates must have:

* Experience in high calibre bars and restaurants.
* Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
* Management and use of reservation booking systems.
* Demonstrated management experience within an often high volume, fast paced environment.
* Exceptional food and beverage knowledge, service skills and guest focus.
* Highly adaptable and able to perform and lead in high-pressure service periods.
* Demonstrated ability in building effective relationships with guests and staff.
* High value in strong relationships, and believe that great culture starts with putting people first.
* Exceptional organisation & time management.
* Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a med-large scale fast paced operation.
* Exceptional communication and presentation.
* Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
