Responsibilities
* Grow your client base through networking, referrals, and excellent service
* Create personalized, holistic financial plans for clients
* Manage and support clients' financial goals
* Build long-term relationships to assist clients through all life stages
Training, Licensing & Designations
We are committed to your ongoing development, starting with our award-winning curriculum for your first three years. Licenses required include Life/Accident & Health, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, 7, and 63. Northwestern Mutual offers support for course costs.
Compensation & Benefits
* Performance-based earnings, with average first-year earnings between $61K-$119K and top advisors earning $137K-$250K

Qualifications
Ideal candidates have:
* Bachelor's degree
* Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to own a business

Financial Advisors are independent contractors and considered statutory employees for FICA taxes. Licensing and background checks are required.
Salary Range
USD $61,000 - $250,000 per year.
