About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail arm, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, coaching effective selling and customer service skills, and collaborating closely with our Optometrists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Person
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in retail management or healthcare industries, who possess strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher retail management position.
* Proven ability to work with budgets and schedule staff in compliance with local labour laws.
* Tuesday to Saturday availability is preferred.
In addition, the successful candidate must have:
* Required optical work experience.
