Interpreting differing EBAs and awards Processing and calculating superannuation, payroll tax and PAYG Assisting the team to work together to achieve common goals to a high standard Partnering with the leadership team to drive process improvements Upholding high customer service standards and protocols across the business Supporting the National Payroll Manager with reports, reconciliations and all payroll compliance duties The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will posses the following skill set, but will not be limited to: Excellent time management and people skills Expertise and a wealth of experience managing high volume pay runs Ability to lead from the front, with collaborative thinking Is able to commence work immediately Prior experience utilising workday would be advantageous (however not essential) What's On Offer?
