**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect, organise and analyse HR data related to remuneration, benefits, employee engagement, performance and other HR metrics.
- Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Produce insightful analysis and commentary on HR data and metrics and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, creating visualizations and reports that present data in a clear, concise, and compelling way.
- Test and validate the dashboards to ensure they meet the requirements and are accurate, reliable, and secure.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR data analytics, specifically in remuneration analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to produce high-quality, dynamic reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns, trends and insights in data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
