You will work closely with the Director across two niche, industry focused businesses, THE resources HUB and Resourceful Women, gaining exposure to diverse clients, talent solutions and workforce projects that go beyond traditional recruitment. The primary role is to manage end to end recruitment processes within the mining and resources sector while delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates. The Tasks Ahead: Managing full end to end recruitment processes across mining and resources roles Sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting high quality candidates Coordinating mobilisation including site compliance, medicals, inductions and documentation Building and maintaining long term client and candidate relationships Supporting candidates through offer, onboarding and transition Contributing to talent pipeline development and sourcing strategies Maintaining accurate ATS records and reporting About You You are an experienced recruiter who understands the pace and standards of the resources industry and takes pride in doing things properly. You value relationships, communicate confidently, and can manage multiple priorities without compromising quality. PLEASE NOTE.
