Finance Manager – dormakaba Australia & New Zealand
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial performance for Kilargo, E Plus and Resolute. This role is central to supporting strategic decision making, guiding commercial outcomes and ensuring solid financial governance across the businesses. You will be a member of the Finance Lead Team (FLT) and work closely with senior leaders, contribute to planning and transformation initiatives, and provide the insight needed to drive sustainable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Building trusted relationships with business leaders and supporting them with financial insights for decision making
- Understanding profit drivers to help guide pricing, volume, mix and growth actions
- Supporting production and supply chain functions to drive cost efficiencies
- Leading monthly results reporting, rolling forecasts and annual budgets
- Owning the P & L for Kilargo, E Plus and Resolute
- Supporting S & OP to ensure accurate demand planning
- Managing customer rebates and helping improve product and customer profitability
- Preparing monthly cashflow forecasts
- Leading the annual audit process with the ANZ Financial Controller and external auditors
- Working with dormakaba business services team based in Chennai, India to ensure Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable and General Ledger services meet agreed service levels
- Contributing to finance transformation initiatives across ANZ and globally
Qualifications & Skills
- Accounting degree with CPA or CA
- Five to ten years in finance
- Experience leading a small team
- Strong background in business partnering
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working across reporting, analysis, planning and commercial support
