Job Title: Centre Manager
As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your team and drive strategic planning for the centre. You will be responsible for managing centre staff, building strong relationships with retailers, clients, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the centre team in accordance with all policies and procedures.
* Drive strategic planning for the centre.
* Prepare and implement the centre's business plan, income, and expenditure budget.
* Manage, develop, mentor, and motivate centre staff.
* Build strong, professional relationships with retailers, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Property management qualification or willingness to obtain.
* Extensive experience in shopping centre management or other commercial property management.
* Financial acumen and reporting experience.
* Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to build value-added relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
